"La Citta Paradiso: On Civic Ground at Victoria and the Concrete Poetry of Architecture", was written for the Civil Architecture colloquium held at Werner Oechslin Library Foundation in Switzerland, April 2018.
Here is a film of Patrick Lynch reading the text with excerpts from Cinema Paradiso. Concrete Poetry was filmed and edited by his son Valentin Lynch (who was aged 11 when he made this film). Patrick was unable to attend the conference in person, and this film was shown in his absence.
