Unanimous planning consent was granted for three blocks of flats which we have designed for Hackney Council on The Fairbank Estate in Hoxton, a revision to designs originally consented in 2020. We are working as Design Guardians for the council as the detail design is being developed by RMA architects working with the contractor Vistry. Enabling Works are due to start in May 2026 with demolition of the existing car park structure on the estate, with completion expected in 2028.
