Florey Building Oxford

In 2014 we reached the shortlist for a limited design competition to refurbish and to extend The Florey Building at The Queen's College Oxford. We worked alongside John MacAslan architects. They were to undertake the refurbishment works whilst we proposed a number of new structures to house teaching space and a new dining hall.

As well as providing improved en-suite accommodation and additional rooms so that all 100 1st year undergraduates could be housed within The Florey, the purchase of new land to the west could enable the completion of Stirling's vision for a river walk and for a building that take advantage of its river setting.
